Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returnable within 45 natural days

The site supports 45 natural days to return or exchange products without reason.

If you receive the product more than 45 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Our service hours are from 10:00am-7:00pm (EST), Monday-Friday.

Return orders submitted after 7:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 7:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Requesting a Return

Returns need to be made within 45 natural days of signing for the dumbbell.

The dumbbells are brand new and undamaged, with complete packaging.

No stains on the surface of the dumbbells, no obvious signs of use.

It does not affect the secondary sales.

If you need to return an item and meet the return criteria, you can find the order you need to return on your order details page and submit a return request and we will approve the return request for you as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you have decided to return an item, the following process can be followed:

1. Pack the dumbbells: Please pack the dumbbells in their original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

2. Send the dumbbell to 1726 Pleasant Valley Dr, Catonsville, Maryland.

After sending, please send us the shipping information and courier number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

3. Return Shipping: If you choose to return the dumbbell because of quality or shipping problems (such as wear and tear on the dumbbell received), the shipping cost will be borne by Dumbbel.com.

If the return is due to the customer's personal dislike of the dumbbell received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Processing: Once the returned dumbbells arrive at Dumbbel.com's warehouse and pass inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
